$4000 Gibson Won't Play In Tune. Is it Fixable?

This 2009 Rosewood Custom J-45 (disguised as a J-50) Must've been built on a Friday because it is riddled with minor (but majorly impactful) QC issues that cause it to not quite check all the boxes for its owner.
