Raja Sahib Ji was born in village Bullowal (in his maternal village). His mother’s name was Sahib Devi and father Mangal Dass, who used to serve and pay respects to saintly figures from the very outset. One day when Mangal Dass Ji was in deep meditation, he saw a one vision and heard the divine saying,”you will be blessed with a son.
