"Calling back your energy" Often, intuitive sensitive and introverted people can become overwhelmed with other's energy. Sometimes the energy can get "stuck" around our field and we need a way to discharge and ground after a social interaction or series of social interactions. I made this audio with the intention of freeing up your mental space and to ground back down into your body. I used theta waves as a way to gently induce a relaxed or even trance like state as these are the brainwaves we see when we are in between sleep and wake or deep in the subconscious.
