Randwick City Council Governance Advisory Committee Meeting - 16th June 2026

Governance Advisory Committee are to appropriately inform Councillors on matters relevant to their role and to consider background information in relation to matters relevant to the Council. 1. Webcast 1. In accordance with the Randwick City Council’s Code of Meeting Practice, Council and Governance Advisory Committee meetings of the Council are audio visually recorded and webcast live on the Council’s website. An audio recording of each meeting is then made available following the meeting and retained on the website for a minimum of 12 months. Recordings of meetings may be disposed of in accordance with the State Records Act 1998. Any part of the meeting that is held in closed session is not recorded. 2. Consent to recording 2. Members of the public attending a meeting may have their image, voice and personal information (including name and address) recorded, publicly broadcast and archived for up to 5 years. By attending a meeting, members of the public consent to this use of their image, voice and personal information. 3. Disclaimer Webcast Recordings of proceedings are not an official record of the meeting, nor do they convey the official minutes of a meeting or the position of the Council. Council takes no responsibility for, and accepts no liability, in the event that live streaming of a meeting, a recording of a meeting, or the Council’s website is unavailable.
