Starting A New City In Cities Skylines | Boreal City Episode 1

Hello and welcome to the Starting A New City MiniSeries: City One. Now you may be asking yourself why there is a mini-series for this. And it is because I wanted to allow the community to choose what our next city would be that will be playing next to my other town of Crater Lake. Having two cities is a way for me to take a break from a city and keep my creativity flowing. I have been wanted to start another city for some time. I am excited to share some of my creations and fun editing styles with everyone. This will be a three-episode mini-series dedicated to Starting a New City. We will then vote at the end of the series to see which city everyone wants to see built. I hope you enjoy the ride, and thank you for your support! This episode begins on the Valley River Plain map that is part of the Maps: Content Creator Pack, released in January. This map is absolutely amazing, and I am thrilled to play around with it. I wanted to share a little inspiration from a city in upstate new york, so I decided to share a video of downtown Albany so we could really get a taste of what the city is like. I am curious to see what everyone thinks of the snippet. We then begin to build out the city in a fun and creative way. I want the city to be unique and hold a sense of symmetry so that it is visually pleasing. At any rate, I decided to dive into a few areas to create some lovely spaces, and I think it turned out well.
