2023 South Dakota Resident-Only Pheasant Hunt

Does it get any better than chasing wild birds on public land? I love hunting South Dakota’s resident-only pheasant season. It's a good opportunity to stretch the legs and scratch the itch to shoot some birds. Plus, it's a great opportunity to scout public land. Follow along as Gauge, my old Yellow Lab , and I hunt habitat seams on an 80-acre patch of CREP ground.
