La France va subir le pire du réchauffement climatique (mais pas à cause du climat)

I was recently asked to justify my air travel in the face of climate change. This question led me to seriously consider civilizational collapse. Because if we take a step back, 99.9% of the species that have ever existed on Earth are now extinct. Approximately three-quarters of the major historical civilizations have disappeared. Collapse is not an exception—it's the norm. The real question, therefore, is not whether our societies are vulnerable, but to understand what has saved them so far, and whether these same strategies still work. Why is frugality, which was sometimes sufficient before the Industrial Revolution, becoming counterproductive in a globalized and technological world—and what does the Jevons paradox tell us about our illusions regarding environmental policies? How does the hole in the ozone layer illustrate why technology must precede regulation for a crisis to be truly resolved? And why are the challenges posed by artificial intelligence, on the scale of our lives, far more urgent than those of the climate? This video doesn't advocate for degrowth or climate denial. It seeks to honestly prioritize risks—and to understand why, in a technological civilization, survival likely depends more on innovation than on restraint. #collapse #Climate #Sobriety ___________________ 🎙️All our podcasts are here🎙️ 👉https://grandangleecopodcast.buzzspro...
