Giving Yourself The Best Chance To Heal

Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about giving yourself the best possible chance. In this episode of A Survivor’s Guide to Survival, I explore the daily habits that have had the greatest impact on my own recovery journey following a brain tumour, addiction, anxiety and life’s many challenges. We discuss nutrition, sleep, hydration, movement, mobility, meditation, writing, supplementation and learning to replace the patterns that no longer serve us with ones that do. None of these are magic solutions, and no single approach is right for everyone. My hope is simply that this episode encourages you to reflect on your own life, do your own research, and begin creating the conditions that allow healing to become more possible.
