I Could Not Believe the Service & Hospitality at This London Cafe

I could not believe the service & hospitality at this London cafe. Service was so poor, awful. I felt I had to be honest. This is a business, so I could not believe how poor the standard of service was. Language barrier did not help one bit. After repeating myself time and time again, it makes you feel extremely uncomfortable.
