Fly Tying: Maddin's Circus Peanut

The Circus Peanut is one of the original articulated patterns. It was the first to go away from the deer or wool head and just use the body material for bulk which cut down on the tying time. The result was one of the best streamers ever designed. Russ knocked this one out of the park, and this fly continues to catch fish.
