100 days of pain | day 5

Hey guys, i thought id challenge myself to a 100 days of pain challenge! Essentially its a series of things I need to accomplish daily (mon-sat) in which will ripple the effect of not only building a better business but also creating habits that are essential to just being a better version of myself. I was tired of being sick and tired so here I am with this challenge and going to vlog it daily. I hope these next 100 days encourages others to better themselves along side with me! Of course it wont be easy, so capturing the hard moments and results of each day are important for the journey, because its not about being perfect and never missing a day but waking up and actively choosing to WANT to be better but also being kind and gracious to ourselves along the way. Now lets kick some ass
