Charlotte talks about her community treatment order
Charlotte was previously detained in hospital under the Mental Health Act. When she left her ward, she was made subject to a community treatment order (CTO). These orders are a relatively new measure used under the Act. Here she describes the effect of the CTO on her life. This video is from the CQC Mental Health Act report 2009/2010.
