Can My Feet Survive the Saints' Way? Barefoot Training Day 1
For the next few weeks I'm training my feet to do something a little unusual... I want to walk the Saints' Way across Cornwall - completely barefoot! The Saints' Way is an ancient pilgrimage route that crosses Cornwall from north coast to south coast. For centuries travellers, traders and pilgrims walked this path. But can modern feet handle it? Over the next few weeks I'll be training my feet for a 30 mile barefoot hike, reconnecting with the land beneath them and learning what it feels like to move through the landscape naturally. This video is the start of the journey. If you enjoy nature walks, barefoot walking, ancient paths, pilgrimage routes, and exploring the landscape of Cornwall, you might enjoy following along. Subscribe to follow the journey to the barefoot Saints' Way crossing.
