Hiring a VA #06: 17 Questions to Ask When Interviewing a Potential Virtual Assistant

I've now hired my first three virtual assistants; a general VA, an SEO VA, and a social media VA. While interviewing them I asked them these 17 questions (and a few follow ups). My process was to get them on Skype, ask a few of these questions, do a little chit chat and see how well they were able to speak with me, and then I would email them all these questions, some of which were repeated from the call, and then have them respond via email. And in case you're wondering where the #05 VA video went, it's a bit more complicated because it's going to be made up of clips from Skype video interviews I did, and frankly I don't have the time/expertise to edit all the videos down and together. I'm currently looking for a videographer VA to handle that :)
