Vlog 40 - 2017 arcade bike check

I wanted this to be a mid week video and get some riding filmed for the actual vlog but the comedian Jack Whitehall was in town and wanted to go riding so I ended up not filming (even though it would have been a good one to film (I don't think he wanted me to)). So instead here's a semi detailed video explaining what I run on my bike. The bar height is 104cm I'm keeping the bike weight secret for now as I may do a "guess the weight" competition.
