Making an Omelette in stormy weather - Trangia Cooking
This time I head out to put my stainless steel pan to the test. Can I make an omelette in it without create a shredded burnt mess? The weather isn't on my side, that's for sure. Stormy gusts sends my equipment flying but I'm comitted to get this done. After all, the T27 is labeled as a storm cooker.
