Galerías Mall Shopping Center The Galerías Mall shopping center opened in December 1996, located on La Limpia Avenue in the city of Maracaibo, Zulia state. The project was led by architect Philippe Fortuney, and construction was carried out by Inversores Asociados del Zulia (IAZ). The structure has a total of 58,000 m² of construction space distributed across three commercial levels, housing 380 stores, totaling 40,000 m² of rentable area. The commercial offering was completed with 10 movie theaters, 1,000 parking spaces, and an ice rink in the center of the complex, which for years became one of the mall's main attractions.
