It is very good for our kidney and utrus.so the ingredients for this recipe are: 1.banana flower 1 2.chopped onion 1/2 3.fresh coconut 1 small piece 4.green chilly 2-3 5.garlic 1 cloves 6.cumin seeds 1tbsp 7.musturd seeds 1tbsp 8.curry leaves 6-7 9.turmeric 1/2tbsp 10.salt according to taste 11. oil 1 tbsp. Method: `Peel the leaves and remove all the flowers in between the leaves. Remove the black stick from the each flower and cut into small pieces and pressure cook it for I whistle. Make a coarse paste of coconut, green chilly and garlic. In a pan heat the oil and put mustard seeds let it crackle and put curry leaves . Stir it. Now add the coconut paste, turmeric salt and boiled banana flower, mix it well and add the remaining boiled water 2-3tbspand cover it allow it to cook for about 4 to 5 min and your banana flower recipe Is ready.
