Instant pot Cow Foot soup

Created by InShot:https://inshotapp.page.link/YTShare chief green seasoning https://amzn.to/3IvxjFe 2 lb cow foot 2 cups butternut squash ( Jamaican pumpkin) 2 cups sweet potato 1 cup of celery 1 cup of onion 1 cup of carrot 1 cup of potatoes 2 green onion 4 sprigs of thyme 3 clove of garlic 1/2 scotch bonnet pepper ( optional) 1 Trinidad pimento pepper ( optional) 1 TBS of green seasoning 1 tsp of black pepper 2 tsp of salt 1 cup of pasta ( optional) Put the cow foot ( wash with vinegar and Rinse 3 times) in the instant pot with 1/2 of the onion, thyme, salt, black pepper and water ( just enough to cover the cow foot) set to pressure for 1 hour and let cool for 10 mins. Take a piece out and check to see the if it's cook good enough ( it must cut with a spoon without effort) if it needs to pressure some more then give it 5 to 10 mins ( you will pressure the soup for 10 mins so keep that in mind) then add all the veggies, green seasoning, pasta and grate garlic and fill to the max fill mark on the inside of the pot. Mix everything together and taste for salt then pressure for 10 mins and let cool down for 10 mins.
