Chaumasa is goin on mostly a holy season for all religions pan India So today I decided to share a yummy PANEER KOFTA without onion and garlic specially for this holy period.. Trust me once you have it you'll love it the flavours and aroma and softness from Kofta is just super tasty.. So let's get cooking Prep time - 10 Mins Serves - 3 people INGREDIENTS - 7 to 8 Cashews 1 by 2 green chilly 1 bowl paneer roughly chopped 3/4 tsp maida Salt to taste Oil to deep fry kofta 1 tomato roughly chopped 1 tbsp cashew 1 tbsp magaj ke beej 3/4 tsp dhaniya powder 1/4 tsp haldi powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/4 tsp shahi jeera 1 tbsp malai fresh 2 tukda green chilly 2 tbsp oil 1 tejpatta 1 badi elaichi 2 to 3 lavang 1/2 inch dalchini Some shahi jeera 1 tsp red chilly powder Salt to taste 1/2 tsp sugar Freshly chopped coriander Fresh malai to garnish Grated cheese Coriander chopped हे लोगों क्या चल रहा है?? चौमासा पूरे भारत में सभी धर्मों के लिए एक पवित्र मौसम चल रहा है इसलिए आज मैंने विशेष रूप से इस पवित्र अवधि के लिए प्याज और लहसुन के बिना एक स्वादिष्ट पनीर कोफ्ता साझा करने का फैसला किया .. एक बार जब आप इसे खा लेंगे तो मेरा विश्वास करें, आपको यह पसंद आएगा कोफ्ता का स्वाद और सुगंध और कोमलता बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट है .. तो चलिए खाना बनाते हैं तैयारी का समय - १० मिनट सर्व करता है - ३ लोग अवयव - 7 से 8 काजू १ बटा २ हरी मिर्च १ कटोरी पनीर मोटा कटा हुआ ३/४ छोटा चम्मच मैदा नमक स्वादअनुसार तेल तलने के लिये कोफ्ते १ टमाटर मोटा कटा हुआ 1 बड़ा चम्मच काजू १ टेबल-स्पून मगज के बीज ३/४ छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर 1/2 छोटा चम्मच नमक मसाला पाउडर 1/4 छोटा चम्मच शाही जीरा १ बड़ा चम्मच ताजा मलाईmala 2 टुकड़े हरी मिर्च २ बड़े चम्मच तेल १ तेजपत्ता १ बड़ी इलाइची २ से ३ लवंग १/२ इंच दालचीनी कुछ शाही जीरा १ छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर नमक स्वादअनुसार 1/2 छोटा चम्मच चीनी ताजा कटा हरा धनिया ताजा मलाई सजाने के लिये कसा हुआ पनीर हरा धनिया कटा हुआ Feel free to comment down below any queries.
