Elderflower & Strawberry Champagne Style Sparkling Wine: Easy Homebrew

In this video we cover our own recipe for making a sparkling wine that we call a "Champagne" from our hedgerow ingredients. This recipe needs no expensive ingredients or equipment. If you have never brewed before you can make this sparkling wine by harvesting Elderflowers and adding strawberries and other ingredients readily available at the supermarket.
