13. Find the equation of a cosine curve from its graph. 14. Find the volume of a hemisphere given the position of the end of a diameter in 3D space. 15. Evaluate a number raised to a given power. Instructional exercise consisting of questions 13, 14 and 15 from the first paper of the 2021 SQA National 5 Mathematics resource paper. Where appropriate the alternative methods for solving the problem are also given. Set out in stages of 'try then check' the worked solution to each part of the question. Including indications of where each mark is allocated, and the requirements for that mark, according to the marking scheme.
