Pier Food Court is located on the third floor of Terminal 21 Pattaya Shopping Mall and serves a wide variety of cheap foods, including vegetarian choices. The food court, which is a local favourite and is highly recommended by visitors due to its extremely low costs, is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. So you will go to the billing counter to buy a cashcard, which you may either keep for future use or refund. It is really simple to pay using a cash card. The food stall personnel does not need to handle money, and it is quite clean.
