Boots on the Ground

Sometimes when you hear that term, you start having serious doubts, and you know, it's certainly not the same connotation as boots on the desk or booting your computer. So, color me worried, color me apprehensive, maybe even color me shocked and even color me disgusted and dissapointing. Geez for some its unfortunately color me gone.
