The One Solution to Anxiety

We try therapy, self‑help, productivity hacks, and distraction to manage our anxiety, yet many of us are still restless on the inside. In the story of Mary and Martha, Jesus lovingly exposes why—even good, religious busyness can leave us worried and upset if it keeps us from him—and he invites us to choose the “good portion” of sitting at his feet, trusting his love, and letting his priorities reorder our lives.
