The UX design process, explained | A step by step overview

This is how the UX design process in the real world looks like. It is not linear, and there's no magical formula to it. Hope this gives you a clear idea of how designers approach our designs, why defining a good problem statement is crucial and why we do user testing. P/S: Sorry for the video being out of focus!
