My first bike trip to the Caucasus. The road is called "The Road to Jily-Su". I couldn't even imagine that such fairy-tale beauty could be so close to me. My bike journey took only one day. Let's say I went on a reconnaissance mission. In the near future, I plan to return to explore and see a lot more of the local beauty. In this video, I ventured alone somewhere near the cliff edge, tried for the first time what it's like to climb a very steep slope. I was exhausted, even though I was on a bike. The uphill hikes instantly drained my energy. Overall, I had a great time at my campsite. I enjoyed the sounds of nature, mountain winds, and bird songs. I also cooked delicious food and savored the fresh air. And the morning with a view of Mount Elbrus! That was like a fairy tale for me and just a wonderfully pleasant shock! After this bikepacking adventure, I realized that I want to ride my bike even more and more often!
