Geometric Patterned Jewelry Box Build
This jewelry box is made out of Sapele and Maple. The box incorporates a continuous grain across all four sides and has brass handles for the two drawers, as well as a custom-made brass pull for the lid. The centerpiece is the lid’s intricate geometric pattern—a mosaic of 192 individual square blocks from leftover pieces from my last build, the kitchen cabinet project. Both drawers incorporate dovetails, which I did for the first time. I finished the box with natura onecoat and n3nano.
