Pauline Hanson slams Fatima Payman’s ‘ignorant’ views on freedom in Iran
One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson discusses Senator Fatima Payman’s “ignorant” comments about the state of life for women in Iran. “She is very ignorant in what she is actually saying here,” Ms Hanson said. “It came under this totalitarian Islamic regime in about 1979, before then, it was basically more freedom, democracy, but since it has been taken over by this regime, it actually suppresses women.”
