MGF engine removal - How to remove the engine and subframe assembly

MGF is now donating its 1.8 VVC engine to go in my MG Midget and this video shows how to remove the rear subframe complete with the engine and gearbox. The whole process takes a couple of hours and is actually a pretty easy task. The next step for me will be to clean and paint the engine before swapping it with the 1.4 K series i currently have in the Midget.
