-please notice: this video was copyright claimed- so i have no control of the ads in this video :((( i never put ads during the study sessions so all i can do is apologize if there are any since i didn't want to take it down despite of this. happy studying! 🍵🌘 💌 open me for an instruction guide! ♡ welcome friends, thank you so very much for stopping byヾ๑ˊᵕˋ๑◞♡ here it is, a three-hour-long study with me, with breaks included. i hope you enjoy it and have a lovely productive time!! ✧･ﾟ how it works: ✧･ﾟ there are three study sessions, 50 mins each. there are two 10 min breaks included (between the first and second, and the second and third session). ✧･ﾟ beginning the study sessions, make sure to: turn off anything you're not going to be using to study have your materials ready to go have drinks/food ready so you don't have to get up to go get necessities have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish during the session (i.e., choose a task from your to-do list) ✧･ﾟ during the breaks: stop working as soon as the timer hits, even if you're mid-sentence make sure to get up, do some stretches or even little exercise refill anything that needs to get refilled! ✧･ﾟ at the end of this video: if you want to continue studying, give yourself a longer break, like 30 mins, and you can repeat this video! you're set to go! ♡ THIS TOOK FOrever to export AHH (!!!)
