İstanbul'u Bırakıp Gökçeada'da 150 Dönüm Araziye Taş Ev Yaptı

This week I headed to Gökçeada and visited Ercan's self-sufficient farm. He left his family business in Istanbul to start a brand new life. Despite having no prior experience in agriculture or animal husbandry, he built his stone house, established his greenhouse, created his vegetable garden, planted fruit trees, and created a vineyard, and today he produces almost everything he needs himself. Of course, volunteer farmers and his life partner, Isaya, have contributed greatly to this journey. Together, they practice clean farming, care for their chickens and goats, and produce their own eggs, cheese, and butter. At the end of the video, we all made pizza together in the stone oven in the garden. To celebrate our channel's first anniversary, they also prepared a special pizza with the number "1" on it, made with their own olives. This lovely surprise truly delighted me.
