Ngắm Xpander HEV 2025 - “Chiến thần dịch vụ” đã có máy hybrid tiết kiệm xăng, diện mạo đẹp hơn

Mitsubishi Xpander HEV PLAY has just been launched in Thailand with many notable highlights, and it is expected that this model will soon be brought to Vietnam, where the Xpander line has affirmed its position as one of the most popular MPVs. This hybrid version was introduced at the 2025 Bangkok Motor Show, with a modern design and fuel-saving technology, promising to continue to maintain its appeal in the MPV segment in the Vietnamese market. The car is equipped with a hybrid engine system combining a 1.6L gasoline engine (95 horsepower, 134 Nm) and an electric motor (116 horsepower, 255 Nm), with a 1.1 kWh lithium-ion battery. The transmission system uses an e-CVT gearbox and front-wheel drive, for an average fuel consumption of about 5.2 liters/100 km and the ability to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 9.7 seconds. In addition, the Xpander HEV PLAY also has 7 driving modes (Charge, EV, Normal, Wet, Gravel, Tarmac, Mud) and an active cornering control system (AYC), enhancing the driving experience and safety. In terms of exterior, the car has a new grille with the "HEV" logo, modern LED lights, unique 17-inch alloy wheels and dark details such as front/rear bumpers, spoilers, and rearview mirrors, creating a sporty, contrasting style. The interior is upgraded with a 9-inch touchscreen that supports Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, wireless charging, automatic air conditioning, a new 3-spoke steering wheel (similar to Xforce), an 8-inch digital dashboard and an electronic gear lever. Safety features include blind spot warning, automatic emergency braking and a 360-degree camera. Currently, Mitsubishi Xpander HEV has not been officially launched in Vietnam, but with the success of the Xpander line (especially the gasoline version with leading sales in the popular MPV segment for many years), it is highly likely that Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam will soon bring this hybrid version to the country to meet the growing demand for fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly vehicles. In Thailand, Xpander HEV has a starting price of 912,000 baht (about 627 million VND) and Xpander Cross HEV from 946,000 baht (about 650 million VND). If brought to Vietnam, the selling price may range from 700-800 million VND, depending on taxes and import/domestic assembly policies. Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam has started producing Xpander at its factory in Binh Duong since 2020 to meet domestic demand, so adding the HEV version to the production line is completely feasible. It is expected that if sold in Vietnam, Xpander HEV will compete directly with rivals such as Suzuki Ertiga Hybrid (priced from 678 million VND) or Toyota Veloz Cross (although there is no hybrid version yet). The launch date may fall in late 2025 or early 2026, depending on Mitsubishi's strategy and market trends. Xpander HEV PLAY not only meets the needs for comfort and economy but also fits the green car trend in Vietnam, promising to continue to strengthen Mitsubishi's position in the 7-seat MPV segment.
