[December 2021 Update] Macy's Union Square Escalator Replacement - San Francisco, CA

This is the current progress of the vintage OTIS escalator modernization here at Macy's Union Square in SF. Since my last visit, 4 escalators have been replaced. The remaining original ones are chugging along, but not for long. Some of the OTIS escalators are very rough and bumpy, but that's what makes them fun! I'm gonna miss these when they're all gone, but that's why I am determined to document the entire project! I want to make sure these are remembered for many years to come.
