This ARM workout is great for all fitness levels and can be done 1-2 times a week depending on your recovery time. GET THEM GAINS!!!! 1) Barbell Curls 4 Total Sets x 15 reps, 12 reps, 6-8 reps. 4th Set (4:45) You are going to do 1 rep and then hold the barbell halfway up for 1 second, then do 2 reps and then hold the barbell halfway up for 2 seconds... we are going to continue doing this with 3, 4, 5, and then back down 4, 3, 2, 1 rep and 1 second. 2) Weighted Dips 4 Total Sets x 15 reps, 10-12 reps, 8-10 reps. 4th Set (6:50) Go super heavy for about 5-6 reps and then do a drop set and do partial reps until you reach failure 3) Advanced DB Hammer Curls 3 sets x 5/5/5, 7/7/7, 10/10/10 (7:47) 4) E-Z Curl Extensions + Press 4 Total Sets x 15-20 reps, 12-15 reps, 8-10 reps *Match your rep count on extensions with your presses) (9:06) 5) DB Preacher Curls (Hammer & Regular) 4 Total Sets x 4/4, 6/6, 8/8 4th Set Just do 50 Total Reps alternating between regular curls and hammer curls once you reach failure. (10:06) 6) Cable Tricep Pushdown w/3 seconds Negative 4 Sets x 8,10,12,15 reps (12:15)
