Chinese takeaway style. Salt n Pepper Chicken made step by step. you also could do Salt n Pepper wings, pork, beef, squid, fish, chips, tofu, veggies. M.S.G was added but is optional. Its simply a taste enhancer. Also sesame oi is optional. Let me just say, i am no expert, just having a go. there are probably better ways to make this dish, but i know the flavours in this dish are fantastic.
