Welcome to our adventure in Colombia! Our journey begins in Bogotá, where we stroll through the streets, soaking up the vibrant atmosphere and quickly realizing: This city has its own unique charm. We feel right at home amidst the colorful neighborhoods, delicious food, and pulsating city life. After a few days, we board the night bus to Medellín. The city captivated us from the very first moment and is already one of the highlights of our world trip so far. Of course, a visit to the famous Comuna 13 was a must. The impressive street art, the history of the neighborhood, and the special atmosphere made this place an unforgettable experience. Another highlight was our walk through the beautiful Botanical Garden of Medellín. We also watched Colombia's World Cup match with the locals and experienced the electrifying atmosphere firsthand. And of course, the food is a must: Colombian cuisine won us over immediately – especially the incredibly delicious empanadas!
