Guilin is famous for its mountains and rivers, but in this video, we walk into another side of the city — its old streets, royal history, and cultural memory. We visit East West Street / East West Alley（東西巷）, a historic pedestrian area near Zhengyang Gate, where old Guilin street life meets modern cafés, shops, and night views. Then we continue to Jingjiang Princes’ Palace（靖江王府 / 靖江王城）, a Ming dynasty royal residence first built in 1372, near Solitary Beauty Peak. It once housed generations of Jingjiang princes and is often introduced as one of Guilin’s most important historical sites.
