How Humor Gave Me Purpose

Tig Notaro is a comedian, actor and writer originally from Mississippi and now based in LA, where we join her today to talk about the Power of Humor. A comedian on the circuit for many years, Tig may be most well known for her honesty on stage as she used humor to tackle some incredible hardships that she was faced in her personal life with a grace and candor that has inspired millions around the world. To explore what it takes to create meaningful human connection at work, in life, and in the spaces where the two overlap, we are launching, ‘The INBOUND Studio’, featuring short video interviews with remarkable people from across the worlds of pop culture, business, philanthropy, and academia. Our goal is to bring together diverse viewpoints around specific topics that speak to what it means to be human. For each topic, we’ll bring a mix of the usual suspects, as well as new voices in the space.
