In my last video I told you all I was going to try stretching my Mounjaro doses back out to the full 7 days instead of the 5 days I’ve been doing up until now… and this is part of that. I’m trying to lean a little more into my own willpower and habits, and rely a little less on the medication doing all the heavy lifting. For me, having high protein, satisfying food ready in the fridge is a massive part of that — because when hunger hits, I don’t want to be making bad decisions. This High Protein Sweet Potato, Chicken & Chorizo Soup has become one of my go-to meals. It’s hearty, filling, packed with protein, full of flavour and honestly… delicious.
