Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator Not Cooling - Freezer Not Freezing

In this video I show you how to troubleshoot a Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator that is not freezing correctly but the fridge section is cooling properly. This is pretty much the opposite of a defrost problem where the freezer is too cold and not defrosting. This has to do with the freezer not being cold enough. In this case the compressor is not running long enough to bring the freezer temps down to where they need to be. Dirty condenser coils or a compressor fan that has stopped running will be the most probable cause. The room temperature air the refrigerator is running in could also be the issue. You will learn alot of information from this video. The more knowledge you have when you begin troubleshooting the better off you will be when you are diagnosing a refrigerator cooling problem.
