Renault Clio MK 3 Drive belt replacement

The alternator in this Mk 3 Clio failed. It wasn’t charging the battery and then car came to a halt once the battery gave up. The car fired up fine with a jump start but as soon as the leads were disconnected the engine would cut out. I sourced a reconditioned unit locally. I intended to upload a video on replacing the alternator. The job itself went fine but the footage wasn’t great at all. The original drive belt was damaged, hence this video. Fitting the new belt was a bit awkward, I could have made life easier by removing the oil filler pipe and disconnecting the fuel line. The battery was put on a recovery charge. The replacement alternator now puts in around 14.10 volts at idle. Thanks for watching.
