I woke up in Chefchaouen with no plan at all. No hotel booked, no bus ticket - nothing. What followed became one of the craziest adventures of my Morocco trip, as I travelled by buses, minivans, taxis, and even hitchhiked with strangers to reach Moulay Idriss Zerhoun. A local child showed me around his village, we drank traditional Moroccan tea together, and I experienced a level of hospitality that genuinely shocked me.
