Droid 3 launched without much fanfare, likely because it lacks compatibility with Big Red's 4G LTE network, but it offers a few business-class extras and what VZW calls "The slimmest full QWERTY smartphone in the world." Available now for $199.99 on contract, Droid 3 faces a ton of stiff competition from sleeker, thinner touch-only devices and a new breed of Android phones aimed at BlackBerry converts.
