🏡 I Came Back One Year Later... Look at These Apartments in Silverest Near UNILUS! 🇿🇲 One year ago, I visited these four two-bedroom apartments in Silverest, Lusaka, near the University of Lusaka (UNILUS), while they were still under construction. This year, during my visit to Zambia, I returned to see how much progress had been made—and the transformation is impressive. In this video, I take you on a walkthrough of the apartments and show the work that has been completed, including: ✅ Four modern two-bedroom apartments ✅ Self-contained bathrooms ✅ Shower screens installed ✅ Ceilings completed ✅ Floor tiling completed ✅ Kitchens installed ✅ Undercoat painting inside and outside ✅ External paving works completed It's also encouraging to see that two of the four apartments are already occupied, demonstrating the growing demand for quality accommodation in this area. Please note: These apartments are located in Silverest near UNILUS and are not part of my Antioch Apartments project in Vorna Valley. I enjoy visiting different developments to share practical ideas, construction progress, and inspiration for those building or investing in Zambia. This is the first stop on my return visit.
