The Bannan Line takes 25 minutes to Banqiao, then another 25 minutes by Taiwan Railway. Including waiting and walking, from home to clocking in, Eason says it takes exactly one hour. While the Taiwan Railway is occasionally delayed, choosing the right carriage and keeping track of schedules can make commuting much more comfortable. More importantly, he mentioned that some of his friends living in Fengming work near Songshan or Nangang stations, allowing them to avoid MRT transfers and even travel faster than him. The direct accessibility of the Taiwan Railway is the biggest advantage of this area. Upon arriving at Fengming Station, the demand for YouBikes was incredibly high. The sight of commuters riding YouBikes home after work left a deep impression on me. EASON took me on a tour of the Fengming redevelopment area, from street-side fried chicken shops and Leo Breakfast to Simeonle, five 7-Elevens, and Starbucks. The amenities were more mature than I had imagined. Today's featured project is **Hekang Century Plaza**, located on three sides—Longqi Road, Longwu Road, and Fengming Road. It comprises three buildings with 204 units. Buildings A and B mainly feature three-bedroom units, while Building C primarily offers smaller two-bedroom units.
