This has raised suspicions of an embezzlement amounting to ₹12 crore across approximately 50 schools. *Provisions of the RTE Act (0:30 - 3:55):* Under the RTE (Right to Education) Act, 2009, private schools are mandated to reserve at least 25% of their admission capacity for underprivileged children, offering them free education. The government reimburses private schools for the educational expenses of these children—an amount that can range from ₹5,000 to ₹12,000 per child. *Modus Operandi of the Corruption (5:39 - 8:17):* The clerk gained access to the official IDs of government teachers and issued fraudulent orders in their names, all without the teachers having the slightest inkling of what was happening. Based on these fabricated reports, the government released payments to the private schools, from which the clerk siphoned off his share. *How ​​the Scam Was Exposed (9:56 - 10:55):* The scam unraveled when the government conducted a scrutiny and issued notices to over 100 government teachers, questioning them regarding the audits they had supposedly conducted on these schools.
