Sie sind Teil der Veranstaltungsreihe vom collective.ruhr Coworking Space in Essen. In regelmäßigen Abständen öffnet das collective.ruhr seine Tore für Bands aus der Region und Musiker aus aller Welt: Für schöne Abende voll mit handgemachter Musik, in entspannter Atmosphäre und geselliger Runde! Alle Genres und Menschen sind willkommen und finden mit den Overtime Sessions einen unkomplizierten Ort, um neue Musik zu präsentieren und kennenzulernen. Die ersten Overtime Sessions spielten Black Sea Dahu (CH) am 22.09.2018 im collective.ruhr Coworking Space: Black Sea Dahu ist eine bunte, Merry Prankster-mäßige Gang. Wunderbare, mehrstimmige Gesänge mit Cathreins dunkler, warmer Stimme als Markenzeichen, untermalt von Cello, Gitarre, Bass, Keys und Schlagwerk. Musik, die berührt, Kraft gibt und authentisch sowie spürbar ist, weil hier echte Menschen am Werk sind. *** Overtime Sessions was founded in 2018. They are part of a series of events of the collective.ruhr coworking space in Essen (GER). At regular intervals collective.ruhr opens the door to regional bands and musicians from all over the world: For nice evenings full of handmade music, in a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly get-together! All genres and people are welcome at Overtime Sessions and can find a relaxed place to present and experience new kinds of music. Black Sea Dahu (CH) were the first to play their Overtime Sessions on 09/22/2018 at the collective.ruhr coworking space: Black Sea Dahu are singer-songwriter Janine Cathrein and a gang of musical cohorts. Think: Modern-day Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters. But instead of dropping copious amounts of LSD and driving around in a VW mini-bus, they trip out on sound and studio-related cabin fever.
