He planned to build a modular farm shed and add another house that could be connected to the shed once his father also returned to the hometown. The reason Kisam had no choice but to give up his city life all at once was due to Jeonse (lease deposit) fraud. He never imagined that Jeonse fraud, which he had only seen on the news, would become his own reality. Having been kicked out of his home, he had no choice but to move from one studio apartment to another on a monthly rent basis. Even if he were to move to an apartment, he didn't want to spend the rest of his life just paying off mortgage interest. So, he chose to return to his hometown. However, it seems he is drifting further and further away from the rural life Gisam had dreamed of.
