Unleash the power of your spine - the Feldenkrais Way!
This is a great lesson for golfers, swimmers or racket players who need to tap into their spinal power. It will also help others looking to work on their standing balance, walking and running. Its based on AY 140 'Crossing knees and twisting the back and pelvis'. Important medical information which you should read before undertaking the lesson: Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. These lessons are not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional. Consult with your healthcare professional to design an appropriate exercise prescription. If you experience any pain or difficulty with these exercises, stop and consult your healthcare provider. If you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light-headedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
